Trollhaugen – Human on Board Episode 1.1 – Motherland

Welcome to ‘Human On Board’ – Ep. 1.1

Each Christmas, some of Midwest snowboarding’s OGs gather at Trollhaugen to throw methods, share laughs, and show the next generation of shred how the stoke was stoked long before terrain parks transformed the game. In this episode of ‘Human on Board’ we catch up with the old dudes who took Troll for the day, and follow it with high-speed steel work from some of Troll’s regulars in the Valhalla park.

It feels great to get out an ride with friends, especially at a resort like Buck Hill!  One thing we noticed right away about riding Buck’s park was the quarterpipes on the sides of all the jumps, and then we noticed how the have their own gravity – everyone is drawn toward them.

Featuring Riders:

Cole Linzmeyer

If you’re drawn towards riding like the crew you’ll want to check out all the Burton Snowboards we have in stock HERE.

B-Roll Footage at Trollhaugen

Matt Chase

Tony Wagner | Park Edit | 2013/2014

I see a lot of park edits.  I literally watch hundreds throughout the season and after time I get numb from boredom.  Every so often an edit like Tony Wagner’s drops and it grabs my full attention; the song, length, tricks, and cinematography are perfect.  Tony Wagner you’re the man and we’re amped to see what you do this season.

NBC Sports and Primetime Olympic Anchor Bob Costas mirrored this excitement by drawing the obvious parallels between tricks like a switch 10 or corked out backflip with farting into a tube attached to a space helmet Steve O is wearing and pooping onto a model of a bathroom.
