Snowboarding is my paradise. I am able to escape from reality by strapping in and riding with music. I’m able to clear my mind of all negativity and just enjoy it. No one to stop me. Snowboarding is my escape To a better place. No matter where that place may be. If I’m riding, that’s all that matters.
There are barely enough words for this!! Snowboarding means the world to me. It’s a place of escape, it’s the force that drives me to keep getting better to keep following my dreams. The people who inspire me are proper legends with true talent and good hearts. Snowboarding is my culture, my lifestyle and my joy. Being an artist couldn’t gel more with the art of this sport. It frees my mind and keeps me inspired. Got love for boarding.
It means my daughter gets outside and rides all winter long and she is in her Happy Place.
Snowboarding to me is another life. Whether I’m flying down the side of a mountain or on a jib stick or hitting a kicker.. Everything about it makes me happy. Even when I broke my wrist, I boarded with my cast on. This is going to be the first year I can forget everything and progress. To me snowboarding gives me something good to do to escape all of the every day crap that tries to get me down. I’m a snowboarder for life. Here’s to another steezy year
Snowboarding gives me a chub
Snowboarding to me means everything. Growing up in Illinois makes it tough to get as many snowboarding days as I would like but that does not stop me.This season I clocked about 70 riding days at my local HILL fourlakes. There is somthing magical about snowboarding that has brought me and my crew together. We spend our offseason dreaming and watching footy. I have also brought my love for snowboarding to others Through a club at my school that i am president of, “shred club” as we call it at plainfield north has about 60 kids and i set up trips to different resorts around the midwest and we get to go on four trips per season. Snowboarding is my life and I cant wait for November so i can get back to riding. my escape from all stress. there is nothig else in the world as rewarding as the first time landing a new trick. Snowboarding is so sacred to me that i even have to put chicks on hold during the season. Street this year consisted of one day of snowfall but we still got some clips. If you love snowboarding and wakeboarding check out my insta @ryanshreds so stoked for this seaso. getting this board would be crazy peace. SHOUTOUT TO FOURLAKES #lakesordie
Snowboarding is my getaway. It’s escaping from the chaos of the city into pure white blissfulness. It’s having a great time with all of your friends, but at the same time being completely alone. The best of both worlds. Being able to express yourself in a way that leaves you with the rawest sense of accomplishment. I’ve always wanted to experience what it would be like to fly… For me, snowboarding is as close as it gets. It’s satisfaction, but most of all it’s freedom.
snowboarding is the ultimate getaway for me. it is the one thing that i can think of that is just pure fun. riding pow with a group of friends or park laps with my best bros in the spring is the best feeling in the world and i wouldn’t change it for the world. This is what snowboarding means to me
Snowboarding means going out on the slops with your friends and having a great time
Snowboarding means everything to me. There is no better feeling than strapping in and getting to experience complete freedom. I feel like I am where I belong when I’m on my board.
Snowboarding to me is so much more than a sport. Snowboarding carries with it that lifestyle I love. I cant get enough of it. Its an addiction to me, for all of us. Snowboarding is an escape from whatever bullshit might be going on, a chance to free your mind and just enjoy something you love. Snowboarding means hanging out with some friends, it means having ripped calves for 4 months every year, hot chocolate and cold fingers, snowboarding is freedom, snowboarding is my passion. To me it means pushing yourself and your friends to go bigger and harder, challenging yourself to stick it by the end of the day, it means catch that last chair instead of retreating to your car. If you stop for just a second you can appreciate the day, your a talking monkey standing on a strip of wood plastic and metal, carving through frozen water, flying around the universe on a spaceship called Earth (Snowboarding is pretty heavy stuff). Snowboarding is a huge deal to me, you have to appreciate all the things that you can’t even see behind it all. I love snowboarding and this is what it means to me.
Snowboarding to me is like being on a whole different planet. Nothing from the outside world exists except the wind in my face and board strapped to my feet. It’s a place where I can really get in touch with my attitude and feelings and enjoy the immense winter beauty this world has to offer.
It means freedom to me!
Snowboarding means freedom. It’s a time for me to breathe deep, to enjoy my surroundings, and to be free of my disabilities and stress. Can’t wait to be FREE again soon!
If you’re not on a snowboard… You’re gonna have a bad time!!!
snowboarding means a break from my daily routines of school and swim practice, so any time i get to go boarding, its always a good time
Snowboarding is an outlet, an escape for me to put everything aside and enjoy everything – the environment, the people, everything.
Snowboarding means everything to me. It is my escape. It is a time to relax, hangout, and to even just think. Nicolas Muller said it best. “There is only one trick. That trick is to strap in”
Snowboarding means Life. And Life without snowboarding is no life to be living.
Snowboarding means everything to me. Meeting new friends. Hanging out with friends. Just all around best time of my life when I’m snowboarding.
Snowboarding is all about having a good time. As long as I’m on a board I’m super happy. And being that winter is my favorite season, they go hand in hand. Board 4 ever!!!!
Snowboarding has been my escape since I was 17 years old and my mom helped me go in on a setup to keep me out of trouble. I have been lucky enough to stay healthy and usually get 80+ days a season on snow and even got up to assistant manager of the terrain park at my home mountain last year. Learning new tricks and taking my old ones to bigger and gnarlier features makes it so I never get tired of it. I might be considered a bum to some people.. but I don’t care what they think because I don’t live or shred for anyone else. Shoutout to Joey McGuire at Revolution in Wenatchee,Wa for getting me stoked on shredding all over again and fixing my board up 50 times a year. Need a new deck!
Snowboading = Heaven on Earth
Escape from the world that’s what it means to me.
Snowboarding to most people is a hobby, a nice getaway to see a beautiful picturesque landscape and be among friends and family. Now I am not saying it is not those things, because they are reasons why I love going to the mountains. But to me, snowboarding is more of a time to escape reality. Putting on my gear at the lodge is like preparing to enter another reality, another universe even. My goggles are my sight, and nothing that causes me any stress can be seen, just beautiful, peaceful, ever-so-fluffy white snow. Where floating through fresh powder can make anyone man or woman, feel as if they are floating right over reality into a world where stress or foul memory has no hold or strength. Where launching off of a kicker can present a feeling of being weightless. So what is snowboarding to me? Snowboarding to me is a lot more than just a hobby, a nice getaway, and definitely more than just a beautiful picturesque landscape. I feel as if snowboarding is my personal machine to leave reality for a day, for my mind to travel down the white trails dodging trees and other obstacles, and freeing my brain that is abused with everyday problems and drama. Snowboarding is freedom, snowboarding is life.
It means a great day outdoors with the kids! ♥
Helps clear my mind .
snowboarding to me is like,. the sun the trees, the wind, and the of course the snow are there for you all for you to take in and make your own line.do your own thing. being able to be on top of any mountain or hill or whatever, whether you walk up it, take a lift, or drive..theres no stopping us from taking our shred to the mountains and snow and making the best of it. .snowboarding isn’t all about just competition and progression.. i mean it is. but its about being together with your homies or your family. you can be a gnarly urban rail pro, or a old dude that know how to traverse, to a young kid that likes to slash powder. its all the same game and its all the same snow. i could go on.. but this is what snowboarding means to me..
Snowboarding gives me a reason and a way to stay active as I age. Approaching 40, I ride better than when I was in my 20’s. Snowboarding is also a great excuse to get out and enjoy winter with my kids.
One’s way of true self expression, the souls home and canvas for artistic display. Life and Death long and short, this is Snowboarding to me!
Snowboarding to me is a balance between piece and extreme rage. Snowboarding with all the buds in fresh pow listening to smooth dubstep, coasting over shallow kickers.
to me, snowboarding is going out and being awesome with my friends.
Snowboarding is like forget your troubles and clear my mind of all negativity and just enjoy the moment . Its always good to have some air !!!
Snowboarding is perfection.
Snowboarding is bliss. Cutting a line in fresh powder, snowboarding is creation. Snowboarding is simultaneous relaxation and unbridled adrenaline. Freedom. It’s a solo sport that knits us all together into a tight web. Snowboarding is every ounce of weight lifted off of my shoulders and forgotten; complete freedom from the burdens of life. It’s a rush. It’s the world’s greatest high. It’s staring down your fears and asking out the girl of your dreams. It’s marrying her. Snowboarding is a relationship, complete with peaks, valleys, stomped landings, and caught edges. But even the icy patches, you wouldn’t trade for the world.
Snowboarding is just kick ass and a way of life , I love It
Snowboarding means a light at the end of the tunnel to me as it’s the only reason I want winter to come around for.
Snowboarding is a creative expression, able to enjoy nature at its purest, and most of all able to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life…
As I grew older, my life started to become meaningless. I never saw the point of going to school, getting a job, getting married, blah blah blah. Same bullshit of the pattern of life. Everyday I started to question why we struggle so hard to achieve a normal life. Unfortunately, I never found an answer. Gradually I developed emotional problems and started lock myself out from the world. Each day was like living in hell and my situation was only getting worse. Then this savior reached out from the sky and rescued me from this agony. Yes! Snowboarding. I started to develop high interest and started to more snowboarding. I even moved to a local ski resort for a season as I fell in love with this attractive sport. I rode a chair lift one morning and it was bluebird day. Sun was rising behind the mountains and greeted me with warmth. Then I knew. This is what my life was meant to be. I finally found an answer to the question I have been seeking all my life. Now I have a reason to live for. Snowboarding means a friend who saved me from my miserable life.
Snowboarding means I have to jump in my car, drive north from Savannah, Georgia for about 8 or 9 hours, pay for 2 nights in a hotel, buy food for several days, and only then would I get to snowboard for a day and a half at the closest resort in North Carolina before driving back to one of the least snowy states in the U.S…. And despite all that it would take a death sentence to stop me from doing it… Screw Georgia…
To me, snowboarding is everything. It is my escape, my outlet. It creates a time to hang out, make memories, and be yourself. Nicolas Muller said it best, “There is only one trick. That trick is to strap in”.
Snowboarding to me is just having a good time with friends and staying in touch with nature in today’s busy world! There just isn’t an adequate word to describe how great snowboarding is!
Snowboarding gives me fun!
Snowboarding… It’s the only thing in the world that makes you smile even if you just landed on your face… awesome.
Quite honestly, snowboarding means to live.
Snowboarding a solution to all issues/problems. Because it doesn’t involve thinking, it’s a human being one with the planet. You don’t need to think, you just flow with the mountain. Method here, slash there. It’s the simple things about snowboarding that make it so incredible. Gigi ruf and Nicolas Muller are the epitome of peaceful snowboarding. They let the mountain own there snowboard. It’s so inspiring.
It a form of expression and each line is picked by a feeling
Snowboarding is the only time when I truly feel free. The best feeling in the world is ripping a fresh powder line.
snowboarding = a second chance to be a kid again.
snowboarding = to redeem the childhood i lost.
snowboarding = to never grow old and be kid forever.
Snowboarding for me is my way to get away from everything and everyone. It is just me and the slopes, nothing else nothing more.
snowboarding is life, it gives life, it shows life and you feel that you are living when you are snowboard! For me it’s about being free. Free from the daily stress. With all the technolegy we have today, we often forget to live in the moment, we often forget how beautiful the life is and how beautiful our earth is! It is a jurney every time i board. It is the reason to live! I am not the best, i know that, but this is what i breath! Snowboarding is the best thing about life. the first time i tried snowboarding, i was almost puking that much had i pressured myself, but i wouldnt give up, i never will! snowboarding is always the best thing for me!
Snowboarding is a new hobby that i can dominate at, something that takes my mind off of everything while im doing it.. I LOVE MY NEW HOBBY, id also love that board
Snowboarding is my peace when all else is chaotic in my life. Its my play when most of my days are filled with all work. Its My Paradise when I leave the Florida sun to get on a board and ride. It reminds me of my youth while the day to day reminds me of responsibilities. Snowboarding is my life.
I breath, therefore I board. I board, therefore I live.
Snowboarding lets me escape whats going on around me wether its job stress, school stress, family problems its a place were everyones at the same place to do one think and thats to shred, without snowboarding i would be dead snowboarding literally saved my life i don’t know what i would do without it. Snowboarding will never get old or leave because its more than a sport its a family most of us look after each other.
What does Snowboarding mean to me, It means Life. To me Snowboarding is life, which means if I could I would live, eat and breathe snowboarding. Snowboarding is the most relaxing sport work out! I am sore when I am done but I have a new look on life! So Snowboarding is Life!
snowboarding is me giving the middle finger to growing up!
I am a mother of a 10 and 7 year old. Snowboarding is my outlet. It is the one place that I can clear my head and just be free. Excited to teach my kids how to tear it up this year!
Snowboarding to me is more than just going up to the mountains with your friend’s and riding. it’s an escape from school and work, Snowboarding is a way of life to me, it’s getting away from everyday stress and escaping to a white fluffy paradise, it’s amazing to go up and ride down a mountain and see the beauty
Of winter and to get out of the city and feel like your in a hole different world andthe crisp clean air. That’s why I love snowboarding
being one with nature and challenging myself mentally and physically.
What snowboarding means to me well it’s life that when you get let out of school get into the car and grab my board and go to the mouton and just have fun riding and haveing nothing to worry about at all just me and all that powder and just thinking about the jump your going to hit and when you land that vary first ever backfilp that you have been working on all year long and when you land it you fill soo happy that you have your homies there to selibrat with you about it the best feeling in the world and then just riding on the snow just makes you forget about ever thing about what happend this week that’s what snowboarding means to me
Heaven on earth.
Snowboarding is art. It’s creative freedom. It’s everyone with a passion for the mountains joining together as a community. No matter the person or ability it’s a feeling of joy in us all. It’s an escape from the day to day. But more than anything it’s my passion.
Love going up to northern michigan and have a good time on the mountain with my bros. The cold fresh air is a nice change from the big city.
Snowboarding is my drug, and my addiction. It brings me up when I’m down. It’s what I love to do.
Snowboarding is expression. The snow is a canvas and my board is my brush. Each carve leaves an imprint that can’t be erased, but only painted over.
To me, snowboarding means making a sacrifice — whether that be a person onem a financial one, or a spiritual one. And that sacrifice is one that you make to attain serenity.
Snowboarding to me means I get to get out of the house grab my gear, strap on my bindings, and get out on the slopes and ride for hours on fresh powder and just ride for hours!! Its the best feeling in the world.
Snowboarding means amazing times with great friends and getting outside and letting go of all stress and just shred. meeting new people, getting out there when I can and traveling, discovering new great places to snowboard.
Snowboarding is life.. I mean it has giving me life. I count down the days after season close till next season opener. Its a physical therapy that nothing else can compare to. It makes me smile, laugh and challenges me run to try harder and get better.
Snowboarding for me is a way of life. Born in Lake Tahoe, Ca, I have been riding since i could stand at the age of 3. My childhood memories consist of walking up a hill with my board in hand all day to just catch 10 seconds of riding. My babysitter was the mountain. nearly 20 years later I still have that undying passion for snowboarding. I spend all my summers prepping for the season to come, and every day of the winter on the mountain. The snow is my happy place, it’s the one area in my life that i feel i really thrive. The best feeling in the world to me is flying down a mountain on fluffy white clouds that nature has created. The hustle and bustle of everyday life doesn’t exist, it’s just me, my board, and the mountain. If i could, i would spend every day of my life riding until i die. It is my favorite thing in the world. I was raised on it. I love snowboarding.
I means everything to me, it is me.
Snowboarding is my form of art. Like an artist, the slope is my canvas and allows me to express myself differently with each slashing turn. It’s more than a sport, it’s a way of life. It’s like stepping into a portal, transporting you to a world with endless possibilities and an unfathomable amount of creativity. It is complete bliss, filled with heart pounding excitement and rush after rush of adrenaline. What could be better? Snowboarding is my love, my passion, my life.
Ditching all the stress life creates in exchange for a refreshingly cold rush.
Snowboarding is freedom.
Snowboarding is my gateway to peace and fun, it puts me in a state of mind where I have no worries and all my problems in life just go away, also snowboarding is just the best sport ever and I’ve lived doing it since I was 6
Snowboarding to me is a combination of things. Its a stress reliever, a way to hang out with friends, a great way to exercise, a way to push my limits, and a way to get in touch with spirituality. My church is the mtn. There is nothing I’d rather do than ride. After over 17 years of riding i am more stoked than ever to tear up the hills.
Kept my facebook profile of me snowboarding all year long because I have nothing better to use…duh. I have an obsession for cold weather and waking up the first day of a snowboarding trip (with the same 5 year old board I tuned waxed and have just taking care of it)…and hitting all those freshly groomed runs. But my boards getting too old now and don’t know what to buy. But snowboarding is my escape and my passion and talk about it non stop that I’m told to shut up all the time. Booking a trip to Colorado soon and am beyond stoked.
What snowboarding means to me is that I’m able to do something that not a lot of others can do. It also helps me express something I love to do. And you know every girl out there wants to learn so that’s a plus!
Snowboarding is what keeps me sober. After going on multiple deployments and being on ski patrol for 4 years I wanted badly to turn to alcohol and drugs. Without my winter pastime I very probably would have. When I hit the mountains I go hard until my body screams and all my mental pain is gone. I moved to Colorado just to pursue this euphoria. Without it I’d be dead.
Snowboarding is like dancing. I know that sounds kind of weird, but it’s depends on my mood and the music I am listening to. If it’s method man, then you best get out the way (especially if I am in the park). If it’s a cold Midwest night, then it’s a bon iver night. That means big lines with my fur mittens, cause you know I won’t be changing the track. In contrast, I am a little more unpredictable when I’m pumping the stooges, popping redbulls while riding with my crew. Shred on GIGI!
it takes me away from the city and fill me up with moments that i remember when something goes wrong in everyday life
Snowboarding gives me the ability to express myself, with every turn, jump, spin, and tumble. Snowboarding gives you the perseverance to just get up and try again, no matter how many times you fall. If you’re not falling, you’re not trying hard enough in life.
Snowboarding is freedom, and it’s captivity. Snowboarding is serenity, and it’s exhilaration. Snowboarding is joy, and it’s pain. Snowboarding is escape, and most of all, it’s home.
Growing up in Alaska, the mountains were my place of undisturbed and peaceful kingdom. A kingdom where I can calm my nerves by listening to the muffled sounds of the snow falling and the sounds of my board sculpting the sides of the mountains. I didn’t take lessons from big resorts since my family didn’t have a lot of money when i was growing up. I learned from watching the great legends like Craig Kelly and Terje Haakonsen, Jeff Brushie, Jasey Jay Anderson, and Shawn Palmer. Way before the times of todays riders like Shawn White and the like. I grew up Watching Snowboarding grow into what it is now today, times where it was more about big mountain riding and not as much as into the free-styling of todays riders. This sport has truly blow-up since I was a kid and I really enjoy watching on the big screen as well as TV, and I enjoy taking my children out on the mountains to learn and have fun what I grew up doing.
In a word, Freedom. It’s a different way to move through the world. Gravity keeps pulling me down to earth, but on the mountain I can choose my line and for a couple brief moments take off into my own orbit.
Snowboarding to me means making memories with good friends, and always landing new tricks…
frozen water to fly on
Life is hard. Snowboarding is simple. It gives me a million challenges every day on the mountain and doesn’t let me come down until I have conquered each one. Snowboarding doesn’t give me an easy way out or second options. It gives me an up and a down and then asks me again the next day if I am strong enough to do it again. Snowboarding is simple….and somehow makes life less hard.
Snowboarding is my escape. It’s my escape from the real world. It’s my indpiration for everything. The possibilities in snowboarding are endless. The freedom snowboarding gives you is the best feeling in the world. The weightlessness when your in the air makes you forget about everything. Snowboarding is happiness. When I started snowboarding, it changed my life in so many good ways. I will shred until the day I die because it is my favorite thing in the world.
Snowboarding is the ultimate escape, it calms my mind enough to function it makes feel alive its the ultimtae rush but at the same time it can be the calmest ride in one word it is freedom and what keeps me going and sane.
Snowboarding is my get away. From all the stress of life being one with nature making good turns in the pow hitting the back country or getting jibberish on the rails everything takes me away from.the struggles of life. Life can be ruff but my love for snowboarding and the mountains makes it seem like all that is gone for however long im riding
Snowboarding has become my motivation in life. I want to succeed and make a decent living for myself so money will not be a limiting factor in snowboarding. With money not being a concern, I can travel the world snowboard the best mountains. Snowboarding has become such a major part of my life. Living on the east coast of the US, the snowboarding season is rather short. Whenever I cannot snowboard, I am reading snowboard magazines, going on snowboard websites to watch the latest snowboard movies and full parts, and browsing the newly released gear for the next season. It allows be to absorb the beauty of the areas I board in and enjoy the companionship of my friends. I became a snowboard instructor so I could pass on my love for snowboarding on to other people who will enjoy it as much as I do. Snowboarding is my passion and I couldn’t imagine living the rest of my life without having snowboarding be a part of it.
it’s a rush!
Snowboarding is my life, my one true passion. I’ve dedicated years to this wonderful sport. It gives me something I can’t truly get anywhere else. Freedom! This isn’t the same freedom I get from summiting peaks. Its much greater than that. When I’m shredding nothing goes through my mind, unless its how awesome the last run was. I love that its just you and your board. You pick YOUR lines, where YOU wanna go. No ones telling you where to go or what play to run. Its just YOU. To me snowboarding is life! Shredtastic!
SNOWBOARDING IS MY LIFE!! I WOULD DRIVE TWO HOURS TO RIDE ON A 1O FOOT LONG STRIP OF SNOW OVER AND OVER AGAIN IF I COULD. I LOVE IT SO MUCH AND I DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD BE WITHOUGHT IT. I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH ABOUT MYSELF SNOWBOARDING. I AM GOING TO BE SNOWBOARDING UNTIL IM 101. SNOWBOARDING IS THE FEELING OF FLYING AND FREEDOM TO ME. THERE IS NO BETTER RUSH IN THIS WORLD THEN SNOWBOARDING IN ANY CONDITIONS. I LOVE SNOWBOARDING AND I WILL TEACH AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN SO THEY CAN FEEL THIS WAY TOO. SNOWBOARDING IS THE BEST NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE WILL TELL ME, I WILL NEVER CHANGE MY MIND. WHEN I AM SNOWBOARDING I AM LEAVING ALL MY PROBLEMS AND WORRIES OUT THE WINDOW AND JUST HAVING FUN. A STRESS FREE FUN THAT YOU CAN ONLY GET SNOWBOARDING.
Snowboarding honestly is what gets me through everyday. Every day i have, whether its bad or good, i think about snowboarding, whether i picture a sick street spot while on the bus, or am stuck in school listening to some music daydreaming about fresh pow lines,i think of snowboarding as a way to release our selves from the stressful lives we all face. whether your issue be money struggles, or family problems, or even just a little bit of stress at work or school, getting up on that lift, and strapping in at the top of the mountain lets you focus on one thing. having fun. I think its about Having good times with friends, Enjoying the amazing natural features earth has. Snowboarding is definitely more than just a hobby or sport. its a lifestyle.
For me riding is that release, a break from reality. Doesn’t matter if the mountain is a sheet of ice or it’s puking snow the second I strap in I’m happy. Along with riding it’s the journey with frends and the memories made. I ride because when I’m strapped in I’m happy.
Snowboarding means alot!!
Snowboarding is the one thing that even after friends or family leave you, you will still have it on your side and when I’m too old to be able to still shred every day, i wont cry because it is over, i will smile because it happened and that i was lucky to have snowboarding.
Snowboarding is living with eyes wide open.
Snowboarding is complete freedom for me, an escape from everything, where nothing matters but what the mountains have to offer me. ALL. GOOD.
many people will say that snowboarding is their life, they can’t get by without it, or their means of escaping reality. I don’t agree. Snowboarding isn’t my entire life. It isn’t what gets me through the day like the nagging of a nicotine addiction. What it is, however, is the opposite. It is something to pursue. To get out on the mountain, away from the distractions is an achievement in itself, if you’re being honest with yourself. We’re caught in this habit of busting our asses for other people, coming home and comforting ourselves with media and food and telling ourselves we deserve it and that it’s what we need. No, I don’t escape reality through snowboarding. I enter it. You can observe the world and nature as is – a pristine, untouched anomaly that we rarely get to see. What we live in our normal daily lives is the escape from reality. Staying indoors, watching how to live our lives on the internet and tv. No, snowboarding isn’t an escape. It’s a full-on fucking plunge into reality, and that is what I love about it.
Snowboarding is a life choice, what snowboarding is to me, is like crack to a drug attic..
Snowboarding is a freedom. Snowboarding’s like turning yourself into a bird. It gives you the capability to fly, and be more precise and agile with your actions. Snowboarding is fun… It’s what you make out of it. You can go all in on park, just ease along on the trails, or take your combined skills to the backcountry. In snowboarding you utilize the whole mountain and your goal is to master every single aspect of it. Snowboarding is a commitment and you have to be willing to send everything you have every single day. Snowboarding isn’t life, it’s just one of the best parts about it. You get to express yourself through style and flow and its 100% personalizable. Snowboarding is something that everyone who thinks they have done everything satisfying and daring in life should try. Snowboarding is for the persistent who are always willing to learn and accept their past mistakes. Snowboarding is my passion…
When I was a teenager, I thought it was cool, and yes, I fell into the “screw the two plankers” crowd. When I was in my twenties… It is what I wanted to do when the water was too cold to surf… SO COLD I would often get a “brain-freeze” from duck diving my first wave on a dawn patrol’s paddle out. Now that I am 35, with two kids and a third coming soon in mid-November. Snowboarding means so many more things than it used to. I know it sounds cliched but snowboarding puts me into a zen like… or dare I say, a “flow-state” (Thanks Warren Miller!). I have always been confused why people listen to music while snowboarding… THE SNOW and my connection to it through my board… are all the music I need and want! Seriously, when I hit the hill alone, I LOVE to hear the wind whip past my ears, my heart pounding in my chest, and my legs burning from the deep pow pow in the trees. SOME people don’t understand it and I even have friends tell me that I am too old for this snowboarding stuff and I need to leave it alone and focus on being an “adult” …They really don’t understand AT ALL the connection I share with the elements… I used to Surf the waves of Southern California… then I moved to Utah, NOW I surf the deepest and driest powder I have ever touched in my life… and when I slide some steeps and drag my hand above me on a toe-side turn… there is nothing else… no worries… no NOTHING… just the mountain and me. The ONLY thing better then escaping into powder is teaching my 6 year-old daughter and my 4 year-old son how to snowboard… and I can always use a couple more loyal snowboarding buddies. When I see the pure joy of it on their faces, I can remember what it was like when I learned to ride as a boy. To this day, I still laugh on my way down the hill on sick pow days… I swear it will NEVER get old… I will, but SNOWBOARDING will never die!
Snowboarding gives me the time to escape from this screwed up world and have the freedom to do what I want to do. This will be my 7th year and I am hooked. I enjoy the experiences I have and the great people I go with and the new ones I meet.
Snowboarding is my self medication for life. The thrill of floating through fresh deep powder refuels me until I can once again ride.
Snowboard is Freedom. And you have a lot of fun.
It’s my everything. Words can’t even do justice. Wow.
Plain an simple my heart mind an soul belong to the mountain, if I can’t snowboard all winter an dream about it all summer I might as well be six feet under the ground
Snowboarding means I can go out and not worry about anything and have an awesome time
Plain and simple snowboarding is either in you or it isn’t, if your born with adventure and always wanting to reach new heights in this world of extreme awesomeness and your like me then snowboarding means that every-time you step out on to your board there is always greatness to be found and an adventure waiting to happen with all the respect that nature has giving us mountains to live to the fullest!
Snowboarding…..surfing on frozen water, keeping in touch and with one with nature =)
When your’e on the mountain, and its just you and the line in front of you, Nothing else matters. You have full freedom to enjoy God’s creation however you wish, and the adrenaline rushes over you, giving you a feeling of flight. In that moment there is no wrong choice, and your true passion for snowboarding comes out. When you’ve learned to appreciate the elements, respect gravity, and enjoy the ride, you will recognize that snowboarding isnt just a sport, it is a lifestyle. To Me, that is the meaning of snowboarding.
Its a life style, a form of art, a reason, a pursuit, snow boarding just is.
Snowboarding is my escape from reality. It’s where I can be at peace and not care about anything else when I’m going down the slopes. It’s my passion and I hope it is for everyone else here too. I look forward a great season with the products I bought from here and I wish everyone else a happy season too.
I don’t know
Snowboarding is like an art, it gives you the freedom to express yourself, choose your own lines you don’t have to follow the crowd. Snowboarding is just fun.
Snowboarding is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get
In one word: Serenity
Everything about snowboarding, the clicking of your bindings, the feel of snow sliding underneath your board, the lift ride up as you watch the world shrink away below you and you eventually break through the clouds. It’s truly an inspiring experience
I have wakeboarded for roughly 8 years and this year I have decided that this year I am going to get into snowboarding as well. Being out of high school sports, wakeboarding and now snowboarding will be the sports I dedicate my time to. As of right now, I do not have a snowboard and this would be a great opportunity to get my own. I have watched snowboarding in the X-Games for many years and am excited to try it out at Mad River and Perfect North this winter with my friends from college. I recently joined a snowboarding club at the college I attend and we are going to Aspen, Colorado during our winter break. I would love to win this board!
Snowboarding means freedom!
It use to mean I was a rebel, a hell raiser, an outcast on the mountains when I got my first board in 85-86. But I was lucky enough to also share my board and my love for snowboarding early on. I turned many of my friends into snowboarders just by taking them to a snow covered golf course or hill. Many great seasons have passed. Now I am in amazement every time I hit the mountains. Kids these days are killing it, so advanced. As my skills and knees slowly fade, my love for snowboarding has grown. I love making new lines in the pow, nice easy turns on groomers, the escape the mountain gives me. I don’t think about work or bills when I am strapped in. I now look forward the small talk in lift lines, to the crisp bite winter as I sit on the chairlift, sharing cool spots to visitors and the car ride home with friends talking about a trick someone pulled off or an great wipeout even. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the excitement of trying something new even though sometimes it ends painfully, or following some kids lines and trying to do what they do, and blasting down the mountain fast enough that wind finds its way through my goggles and makes my eyes water.
Snowboarding is my way to express myself. I play football and run track, and those are really fun, but there are rules and only really one way to do them. With snowboarding, there are no rules. You pick your line and you ride it however you damn well please. You can snowboard virtually anywhere, on anything, and with anyone you want.
The water is frozen, but I’m still surfing… and that’s all that matters.
Snowboarding is like flying but you get to be in the most beautiful landscape. You feel free, exhilarated, yet calm, and at peace with the world. The adrenaline high is radiating from everyone around you, as well as yourself, and you feel like it’s the most pleasant feeling you will ever experience in your life.
Snowboarding is away to feel young and alive everyday.
Snowboarding means a way to escape reality and enter a world of freedom and fun, to be shared with friends!
Snowboarding is a way for me to keep in touch and have something in common with people I do not see during the summer. It is an activity that is best enjoyed with friends.
Snowboarding is really fun, like flying on your magic carpet down a mountain with all your genie friends while smoking crack crack and drinking whiskey fun.
If I could describe snowboarding in one word…it would have to be…indescribable. I don’t” strap in”, me and my snowboard become a whole being. It’s not about getting to the top the fastest it’s about the experiences you make while up at the mountain. It’s your dedication to the mountain and to yourself to challenge yourself to the point where you never feel you are good enough that there is always room to improve. If I could I would snowboard everyday of my life. It’s my escape from the world below the mountain. It makes me happier then any person or any amount of money ever could.
It is peace to the soul.
Snowboarding means the world to me!
Time with the kids and a great rush of adrenaline.
Its the only time when there is no stress and you can forget about all worries and the weight of the World.
Snowboarding is my therapy, escape, and my love.
Snowboarding to me is more then just going out and throwin down in the park(but i do enjoy it) but just being able to get out on the snow and just ride and forget about everything is one of my favorite things about snowboarding. And really no one can tell yoy what to do, if you have something you want to try then go for it, you have that freedome. The possibilitys are endless. I will continue to snowboard until i cannot physically take it anymore.
Snowboarding is life to me! That means It is the one thing in life I have to do. I can not live without snowboarding. I have been snowboarding for 23 years. I have gotten hurt and even broken bones. but I love this sport and would not trade it for all the gold in the world!
Snowboarding to me means serenity peacefulness and the absolute feeling of freedom !nothing beats it except the birth of my son it’s the ultimate journey of ones soul.
Snowboarding is complete freedom. It’s where I’ve met my closest friends, it’s how I became closer to my older brother by him teaching me, it’s how I got closer to my younger brother by me teaching him, it’s a relationship between me and the environment, it’s an escape from rules, it’s an escape from obligations, it is all I think about during the summer and it’s all I do during the winter, snowboarding is so much more than just a sport.
Snowboarding means freedom to me I 100% my self in my element. Nothing can or dare stop me. I work a crap job all year just to save up for fresh pow trips. Could really use a board
Snowboarding is an escape from reality and just a day to chill and relax with your friends…. True friends will board with you all others will ski.
It’s great. It’s pretty much my entire winter since I was like 10. I would even bring my snowboard on my trampoline in the summer and also had my dad build a carpeted ramp with a box in a giant shed we had at our house. Snowboarding is the thing that made me who I am and gave me the friends I have now. The people I am best friends with now I met in middle school when one kid was trying to find people who wanted to go up to Lutsen. There are 6 of us total in our main group, and we all went to different colleges this year, but snowboarding is one thing that brings us back together. We already have three trips planned for this winter.
For me snowboarding is like nothing else. I wait all year for that first run in the fall and still get the same feeling on my last run in the spring… Pure euphoria! Floating on powder is better than sex! As long as I live I hope to be snowboarding. Nothing else in the world gets me so jacked and calms me down, truly relieves all my stress and worries, at the same time. Snow is falling and I’m ready to earn my turns!
Snowboarding is more than just a sport it’s an entire lifestyle.
Snowboarding is my getaway from it all; school, work and anything else that causes stress in my life. I can honestly say it recharges me and puts me at peace. Riding with people who have the same passion as you is, in my opinion, the best feeling in the world, nothing beats it.
Snowboarding is about the freedom to express yourself as an individual. Where you can carve the pow all day long, work your balls off to learn a new trick, go huge off kickers and cliffs, or shred the GNAR with a group of friends. It’s about loving what you do; having a good time and enjoying the beauty of nature, while escaping the reality of your normal day to day life. In short it means happiness!
Snowboarding is everything
What does snowboarding mean to me? It meqans fredom. It means that nothing else at that given moment matters. It is the biggest stress reliever that I have ever encountered. Better than any drug or alcohol. It is my life. Most of all its about being with my friends and living free. A soulful release from reality. I live snowboarding.
Snowboarding is a passion of mine. When the season ends, I crave to ride everyday. I hope to be able to compete in the big competitions one day.
just me, my board and some powder!
snowboarding means good times with friends and peace with myself.
To me snowboarding is a getaway from the rest of my life. I’m not thinking about school or money or anything stressful…I’m just thinking of here and now and how great the run is. Snowboarding sets me free from my stresses.
Living in Minnesota or the Midwest you get all seasons. Winter isn’t the most enjoyable, and snowboarding makes all the difference. Snowboarding for me has gotten to the point when I look forward to it all season long. There are so many ways to have fun and be creative, it is endless. In all conditions, be it Icy, Pow, preseason, spring shred, etc… you can have a good time with friends in any type. Being from the midwest also makes you enjoy good snow or big mountains much more, heck, getting excited to ride a 300 ft ice hill makes Colorado seem like a dream!
Snowboarding to me is an escape. Floating in snow erases all worrying thought and allows to focus on everything around you. Even as a park rider, I would eliminate all parks to be able to ride fresh mountain snow, whether that be somewhere in Vermont, or as far away as Alaska. It brings upon a new lifestyle.

“1000words”ormaybemorelike100… took a few takes to get right
Snowboarding means the world to me. It is the time of year where I can go out on the hill and enjoy what is going on. It is always a rush of adrenaline to learn a new trick or win a game of snow. I think snowboarding is about expessing your persoonality in the way you ride and his you like being on the hill. But at the beginning of the season to the end you always seem to improve from last year and already can’t wait for the new season to start.
To me snowboarding is a way of life, it’s not some thing that I do, it’s what I do, who I am. So much that I’ve decided to make a career around the snowboard industry. Snowboarding is my therapy my escape from the world and a cluttered mind. It’s my moment of freedom, good times, memories, making new friends, struggles, frustration, and triumph. Snowboarding is what motivates me everyday. Anytime I’m having a bad day I just think of past memories of snowboarding riding powder, getting lost and most of all the adventures of riding.
To me snowboarding is hanging out with friends, having chill times and wrecking the slopes. It’s about learning new tricks, having fun while doing it and encouraging friends when they’re learning a new one. It’s about finding new lines and launching, and enjoying being out in nature while doing it. My snowboarding idol is Nicolas Müller because he loves the backcountry and finding natural kickers, using the landscape to kill it in the backcountry. This is why I love to snowboard because it is an outlet from school and I am enjoying God’s great creation on one of the best inventions ever!
Snowboarding is the escape from the norm. There’s too much “do this” “do that” in the world and snowboarding is pure expression at its finest. It’s a way to make friends and to spend time with old ones. There’s nothing quite like a game of “SNOW” on the down flat down at the nearby park! Waxing boards is something I do as a hobby all winter my boards my friends’ boards! It’s completely peaceful. Full perpetration for that next big trip out with the guys! Not to mention the great memories that come from hours on the hills and mountains. I took my “bestfriend” to snowboarding and that is where I escaped the dreaded “friend zone”. The pure expression of myself. Wrestling in the powder and watching the moon rise over the river at the bottoms of the hill. All of that is why I love snowboarding and why it means so much to me.
Snowboarding is freedom – nothing more, nothing less. Whatever you choose to do, YOU make it happen and no one else.
Snowboarding is freedom and fun. A moment of extreme thrill and chill. The sport I enjoy the most and look forward to doing my every waking moment.
snowboarding means i can suck at skating
Snowboarding is a freedom not many can fully understand, in other words its like sex.
It Means rippin up the slopes on a busy day just because there’s a fatty layer of Pow. Takin that less traveled trail
and flying of the cliff at the end!!
Absolute freedom with friends and family!, Allowing you to take those fresh runs in your stride! great Feeling!
Biggest regret are those risks that aren’t taken!
Snowboarding is when I talk to God
Snowboarding is like surfing, all of your cares and worries drift away while riding.
Snowboarding is my escape. Any problem I can get away from. It’s also bonding time with buddies. Helps get away from everything and just focus on having a good time.
Snowboarding to me means a place to release myself and be me. Show people what im really made of.
snowboarding is limitless. its infinite. it is a lifestyle and a state of mind. snowboarding will never die.
Snowboarding to me means waking up
extra early on your day off to get the first tracks and last chair at your favorite resort with all you’re good friends and having the best session no matter the condition;. There is no better feeling then feeding /fueling stoke among your crew and lapping your favorite lines.
It’s the constant challenge each season and beer
Having grown up in Vegas I was never exposed to the snowboarding scene. I have always been fascinated by the way snowboarders would cruise down the mountain with such finesse. The first time I ever attempted to “snowboard” was when I was camping in the mountains in Utah and my brother let me go down some small slopes on his skateboard deck. Since that moment I realized there was potential hobby in my future. Satisfaction of discovering things that I never knew I was capable of doing. Snowboarding to me by definition is adventure. You never know what you are capable of until you give it your best.
freedom of my life
snowboarding simply an outlet to let my creativity free. Not only do I feel free when carving down the mountain, but also when messing around in the park trying to see various features differently.
snowboarding is natural. uplifting as the snow is falling. mastery of the land and sea at the same time. respect and power. snowboarding IS LIFE!!!!!
Snowboarding isn’t just an escape from reality, but an adventure. It takes me places that are beyond my wildest dreams and helps me figure out who I truly am and what I am doing. I’m not the best, but I’m getting better. Hopefully, I’ll be able to further my experience this coming spring when I attend the University of Nevada, Reno less than an hour from some of my favorite slopes.
Snowboarding to me isn’t just a hobby or a recreational activity. It’s a lifestyle. I was born here in Pocatello Idaho which is basically smack dab in the middle of Jackson Hole in one direction and that one of a kind Utah snow in the opposite direction. I have made it out of state about a dozen times in the 7 years I’ve been boarding but can honestly say I have the most amount of fun on a smaller local resort called Pebble Creek Ski area. It’s the ski bum, loving, caring, giving culture that is created that brings me back every year. I am an aspiring journalist and recently challenged myself to write some sort of work and post it to a social networking site on a daily basis. Less than a week ago this was the piece I posted:
Pullin’ up, stomachs in knots,
internal struggle can’t get these thoughts,
from circulating inside my brain,
time to fly without a plane.
I can’t describe how I get so high
Or so low when I say goodbye
Yahoo! Banzai! Cowabunga!
It’s near impossible to fight this hunger!
I’d like to offer my thanks to Pebble,
I was born a man, but I’ll die a rebel.
This poem essentially summarizes my outlook on snowboarding and is exactly why I will forever be one with the snow:) Much love and may we all R.I.P. (Ride In Peace)!
Every Year I pay for snow so I can shred! snowboarding is my Gym , therapy and life! I’m lucky to live in Colorado. trying for 100+ days this season!!
before asking, what snowboardings is to me, we must understand snowboarding in itself. There is no set definition and there never will be snowboarding is what you want it to be. The only sport with no rules or pressure. Its the only sport that will contiue to evovle through tricks, terrain and the common intrests. snowboardings is what you make it. and you are what makes snowboarding. To me snowboarding is a unsolveable mystery and i just wanna be the detective on the case.
Snowboarding is an adventure, the greatest of all. Riding with your friends, having a good time on slopes and free your mind from everthing. It’s could 9.
Snowboarding is meanful to everyone defferntly. For myself, it means freedom from the world and its problems. It allows me to get away from issues that I have to face every day, and that stress that comes with it. It means freedom to go hang out with the family or a few good buds. Freedom to view the world covered in a mask of snow which allows us to have a moment to glide over rocks and stumps on our pathway down. Freedom that gives us riders a good story to share with stranger. A freedom to fly over life challenges when we need it most..
Ignoring everything else, going inside yourself and just enjoying the moment.
To me snowboarding is getting back up after a hard fall, trying all day for that one trick and when the day ends saying, “I’ll get it tomorrow”. It’s and frozen toes foggy goggles. Snowboarding is not missing a weekend and being there for the best pow day of the season. It’s hearing that there’s fresh snow at Timberline and telling your teacher you think you have the stomach flu. It’s dedication, perseverance, and hard work. It’s love, tenderness, and rhythm. Snowboarding is my defining lifestyle.
Waking up on Christmas Day, your first kiss, your girlfriend, twinkies, your best friends mom, first time getting fluffed, first car, other sports, family guy, fruity pebbles, favorite pair of nikes, and taking a poop, still nothing compared to snowboarding.
Snowboarding is great. I crave it throughout the year (winter or not). I don’t grow tired of it, and I wish I could just have more. It’s about that feeling of your clothes in the wind while going mach 9, or even just buttering around with your friends in the park, or getting sketchy in the trees. It’s a way to do stuff that would be too nuts on a skateboard for me to bother and go places you couldn’t go with a skateboard anyway. It’s a way to face the cold winters, and not just that, but rather, embrace those winters. It isn’t just about hanging out with friends, it’s also bonding with friends. Those times you spend riding with people are special. It’s creating memories while enjoying the moment. It’s the sound of p-tex on snow and metal on metal. It’s fogged up goggles, scraping off wax, and checking for gouges on your base. It’s the lunch line on a crusty day, but it’s also the cold granola bar you eat to get more snow while people are packing the lodge. It’s legendary days, and it’s biting ones, but it’s progression and sometimes it’s packing it in and hoping tomorrow goes more smoothly. It’s face shots, but it’s also sometimes falling on your face, and laughing at yourself with your friends.
Snowboarding is life. It’s the one thing I can do and never be mad about. Snowboarding is freedom and I hope to be able to move to Colorado in a few years to continue snowboarding and doing the one thing in the world that means most to me.
Snowboarding is my way to connect with my family and friends, I love the sense of balance it brings to my life both literally and figuratively. Snowboarding is a not just a sport but a way of life.
It brings me and my friends closer together and gives us the opportunities to make memories that we can keep and reminisce on even after the snow melts.
Boarding means a chance to get away, get unplugged and just enjoy the freedom. It also means some bruises and sore muscles the next day.
Nothing better than giving my board Selena a good wax job riding through the untouched powder. That’s why I love snowboarding
Snowboarding means everything to me. It is personal freedom, exercise and a great time just to gather your thoughts. If only it could snow year round in the Northeast.
Snowboarding is the best thing in life waking up 9am first to the tram and getting that fresh pow and all that fresh mountain air, I don’t think there is anything better in life then that. to top all that off hanging out with all my friends and going to different shacks makes it a new experience everyday.
Snowboarding is about having fun! It’s a common interest with friends, or something you have a blast doing by yourself. It’s a means to get away from any of the negative things in your life. Snowboarding motivates me to be healthy and to strive towards success in my everyday life. Snowboarding is simply one of the passions in life that I will never give up and one that I will make sure to pass on to the next generation.
haha “snowboarding is like flying” thats my comment
When you’re dipping in and out of three feet of powder and basically falling to your next turn, That is a bliss that you cannot find anywhere else. It’s what I wait for all year.
Snowboarding means nothing to me. What I mean by that is the English language does not currently have any words or phrases to accurately capture the effect snowboarding has on my life. Nothing has had more of an influence on my life than snowboarding. Nothing has inspired me to be the greatest version of me that I can be more than snowboarding. I fell in love with snowboarding five years ago but now I go to college in Illinois with no mountain for me to escape to. During the school year I bust my butt working 40 hours a week while going to school full time with nothing but dreams of snowboarding and videos to keep me motivated for the upcoming winter months. I go through this mundane hell only because I know the pure joy of strapping in and racing down the mountain. Although snowboarding leaves me with nothing in my bank account after the season is over the memories I create from snowboarding are worth a hundred times whatever I spend. To put it simply, snowboarding feels like nothing else and nothing else can come close.
Snowboarding is putting on snow pants, and playing in the snow like you were 5. A snowboard is the tool I use to unlock my freedom. Freedom from my self my thoughts the world and its problems, they turn in to movements and puffs of snow.
It is escape.
Snowboarding is a way to just relax, have fun, and let everything go. It’s an escape from reality to just enjoy what I love. Snowboarding is the ultimate freedom.
Snowboarding is the best thing in the world! Nothing to worry about, just you your board and a mountain to shred!
I love snowboarding.. Ive been snowboarding for 10 years now and it is the first real sport I ever got in to. I worked SO hard to learn and now I make a trip to the rockies every year to shred. Being on my board on the hill is my favourite place to be. It is so relaxing yet the greatest fun I can have.
Jibbin’ is how I roll. It allows you to get away from the norm and to just feel at peace. Without snowboarding, I dont know where I would be.
I love snow and everything want/need to be outside more Olay!!!!!
PRAY FOR SNOW, YEWWWWW!!
Snowboarding to me means doing what I love most in the world
It’s a subject that is being discussed everyday.. Well 1st i love the mountains and the winter and it’s a cliche to say snowboarding is my life but, …what else are we waiting for so much and we pray for so hard and what else has made us so incredibly happy? What else had made us scream our hearts out so pure, gave us such freedom? It is so visionary … but when it comes down to it to me it’s… friendship. Being in the mountain.. digging, flying, exploring.. living the dream, being waaay out there with my friends.
Snowboarding is whatever you want it to be. To me, it is simply a fun and engaging experience. I can’t think of anything else that makes me excitedly get out of a warm bed before 6am.
Although I am 21, snowboarding is very new to me, my first time standing sideways was only 13 months ago in Australia. Since then, I have strictly saved and travelled to Japan and New Zealand to escape the boring rat race routine. Now living in the US, it appears I am spoilt for choice selecting my next trip’s destination (any suggestions?).
I can’t wait to take my little brother on his first snow trip, whenever and wherever that is, I look forward to finding out what snowboarding means to him.
Snowboarding is the ultimate form of expression and freedom. You can just strap in and forget about everything and just enjoy that moment to the fullest whether your shredding with your homies or soul shreddin’. Snowboarding = 1LOVE
Snowboarding is a kind of freedom, the feeling you get top on a mountain an waiting to drop in. Nothing else can u give that feeling. Up in the north of germany, i´m waiting long months for the winter coming. And all the time i´m waiting and think of snowboarding i´m fucking happy. And this is awesome. It´s awesome to be happy only thinking of it, it´s awesome to drive besides the mountains, seeing all the snow, waiting to shred. And the most awesome moment is, when you are in a lift, at the opening of a new season, getting nervous and full of adrenalin before ur first line.
That and a lot more is snowboarding to me guys!
Snowboarding to me is just another life. It is the only time where I can be completely free. I can do whatever I want and no matter how the day goes I’m just stoked to get out. I even spend all my summer time thinking about snowboarding, looking for new spots or building sweet forest jibs behind my house. When it comes down to it snowboarding is everything, it gives me something to look forward to and makes me strive to be better, I love snowboarding.
Snowboarding is much more than banger after banger; its a journey, its euphoria, its pain, its excitement, its fear, its meeting new people, its sending it, its SNOWBOARDING. My hope is to see a community built around this amazing sport pushing the boundaries in a humanitarian, social, and metaphysical way, to achieve a present day structure that will change the dynamic of the future snowboarding culture. Peace, love, and shred.
It’s my lifestyle
Snowboarding is when I’m truly alive. I push the limits of my physical and mental abilities and do things I never could or would do in any other situation. There is not a greater sensation then gliding down powder… well outside of the bedroom…
Snowboarding is awesome- but it would be even better with a Gigi Ruf snowboard
We can’t avoid every obstacle in our lives; The brave rush toward them and then pop. It doesn’t matter if you land or not, that moment is enough to feel your existence.
Snowboarding is life in small scale.
Snowboard for me as a breath of fresh water as clean air, as a stimulus to life. He is my life.
That is all I can say about this.
Friends,Fun and sometime” Fuck i´m scared but i´m going for it”
I posted about this on Instagram and Gigi Ruef commented on it! very cool of him
Snowboarding is a way i get to see my brother who lives quite a ways away from me. Also, its time i get with my girl, don’t get much time with her either due to school and no car, would be very nice to have another board just in case.
congrats to whoever won the board!
and congratulations to the unknown 2nd and 3rd place winners as well, hope to see you snow lovers on mountains in Oregon this winter!!!!
